Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Salon Manager to lead salon operations, manage teams, drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete salon operations and daily business activities.
• Drive revenue, achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
• Manage, supervise and motivate salon staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain client relationships.
• Monitor staff performance, productivity and discipline.
• Manage inventory, stock, billing and appointments.
• Ensure salon hygiene, grooming standards and SOP compliance.
• Train and develop team members to improve service quality.
• Coordinate with the corporate team for business performance and reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in the salon/beauty industry.
• Previous experience as a Salon Manager or Senior Salon Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent sales, communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of salon services, products and operations.
• Target-oriented with strong business acumen.
