We are looking for an experienced Hotel Operating Partner / Hospitality Operations Head to take complete responsibility for establishing, managing and growing the business under a mutually agreed revenue-sharing arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete day-to-day hotel and resort operations.

Develop and manage the hotel team, including front desk, housekeeping, kitchen and service staff.

Manage banquet and lawn bookings, weddings, parties and corporate events.

Drive room occupancy through MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com and other OTA platforms.

Develop sales and marketing strategies to generate business.

Establish operational systems, guest service standards and pricing strategies.

Manage customer relationships, vendor coordination and overall guest experience.

Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and operational performance.

Build Rajgharana Imperial into a recognised hospitality destination in Lucknow.

This is not a conventional salaried job.

We are specifically looking for a capable operating partner who is interested in working on a Revenue Sharing Model.

Property and infrastructure provided by Rajgharana Imperial.

Complete operational responsibility to be handled by the operating partner.

Revenue-sharing percentage and commercial terms will be mutually discussed and finalised.
