K-FIT CLUB is looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to join our team.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Available Shifts

Morning Shift

6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Evening Shift

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Split Shift

6:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Welcome members and visitors and assist them with inquiries.

Handle gym memberships, registrations, and renewals.

Manage front desk operations and member records.

Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp inquiries.

Assist with membership plans, payments, and follow-ups.

Maintain a professional and welcoming gym environment.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.

Punctual, responsible, and organized.

Prior experience in reception or customer service is preferred.
