B.Com – Bachelor of Commerce

BBA – Bachelor of Business Administration

B.Sc – Bachelor of Science

BBM – Bachelor of Business Management

BCA – Bachelor of Computer Applications

BHM – Bachelor of Hotel Management

B.Voc – Bachelor of Vocation

Any other recognised undergraduate degree.

Preferred Backgrounds (Not Mandatory)

Social Work and Community Development

Psychology and Sociology

Hospital and Healthcare Administration

Public Administration

Business Administration and Commerce

Communication and Customer Relations

Experience

Freshers are welcome.

Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in counselling, customer support, healthcare coordination, telecalling, or patient engagement are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

Good verbal communication skills.

Ability to communicate confidently with patients and their families.

Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn about healthcare and remote patient monitoring.

Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Ability to explain services, address concerns, and guide patients through enrolment.

Important

Previous healthcare experience is not mandatory. Comprehensive product and role-specific training will be provided.
