Job Description
S&O Maritime Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Finance & Accounts Department. The selected candidate will assist with fixed asset management, banking documentation, financial record maintenance and general finance-related administrative activities.
This internship offers practical exposure to financial operations, banking procedures, documentation and asset management within a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating the company's fixed asset register.
Support fixed asset documentation, verification and tracking.
Assist with Federal Bank-related documentation and banking activities.
Coordinate and maintain bank-related records and supporting documents.
Organize, classify and maintain financial files, folders and records.
Assist in maintaining vouchers, invoices and other financial documents.
Support day-to-day finance and accounting administrative activities.
Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Department.
Qualifications
B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance) or an equivalent qualification.
Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of accounting and financial documentation.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
