Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer Executive to design, build, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable mobile solutions and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

App Development

End-to-end development of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

UI/UX Implementation

Translate Figma designs, wireframes, and mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect UI components.

API & Backend Integration

Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs smoothly.

State Management

Implement robust architecture using state management frameworks (Bloc, Provider, or GetX).

Optimization & Debugging

Fix bugs, optimize app speed, manage memory usage, and enhance overall performance.

Deployment

Manage app publishing and updates on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Requirements

Experience

1–3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart mobile app development.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of OOP, REST APIs, JSON parsing, SQLite, and Git version control.

State Management

Hands-on experience with Provider, Bloc, or GetX.

App Lifecycle

Knowledge of mobile architecture, push notifications, and App Store / Play Store deployment workflows.

Problem Solving

Strong analytical, debugging, and code optimization skills.
