Area Sales Manager

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategy, goals, and objectives to drive growth and

profitability.

• Oversee day-to-day business operations, including Team monitoring, marketing, sales, and

customer service.

• Arrange & Coordinate Interviews Shortlist Appropriate candidate, ensure documentation,

Training & Appointment

• Lead and manage sales teams, including setting goals, priorities, and performance

expectations.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve Return on investment.
• Conduct market research and analyse to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to drive business

success.

• Prepare and execute action plan in order to increase customer satisfaction to achieve sales

growth.

• Lead marketing team members through campaigns and promotional activities.
• Anticipate consumer trends and attend exhibitions to keep brand up to date.

Educational Qualification Graduate from anybackground

Functional Knowledge Knowledge of Primary Sale,

Basic Computer Knowledge,Area Knowledge, Orientation,Product KnowledgeKnowledge of ayurvedicproducts.

Skill Sets Required Manpower Management,Team Handling, Verbal &Written Communication

Sales Skills, Marketing Skills

Minimum Experience 4-6 Years as an MR.

Attitude Punctual, Hardworking, Ready to take Ownership, Leadership,Honest, committed.

Age Below 35 years.

Location According to HQ

Vehicle Required with licence Yes (2-Wheeler)
