Job Summary

Vice President, Platform Engineering Infrastructure Automation & AI. We are going to be creating a true Agentic Infrastructure. You will partner with the teams lead in AI – based in London, and be responsible for enabling agents to provision, govern, operate, observe in multi-layer frameworks and workflows in partnership with all teams. You will help to create and lead the strategy, delivery, governance, and operational excellence of an Agentic Infrastructure.

The role partners with global technology, architecture, security, risk to drive platform modernization, automation, resiliency, operational efficiency, and engineering productivity while ensuring compliance with enterprise risk and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the roadmap for Platform Engineering Infrastructure Automation & AI

• Drive enterprise-wide automation across Self-Service, Event Driven Automation and Agentic automation.

• Partner and help lead an AI first Strategy in all teams.

Functional Leadership

You will partner with the below functions -

• Compute Engineering (Windows, Unix/Linux, OpenShift, NC2)

• Infrastructure Automation
• Terraform Enterprise (Multi-Cloud)

• Ansible Automation Platform

• Enterprise Configuration Management

• Enterprise Image Bakery

Operational Excellence

• Ensure reliability, availability, performance, and resiliency of enterprise platforms.

• Drive continuous improvement through agentic automation and engineering best practices.

• Improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort through self-service capabilities and agentic workflows

Risk, Security & Compliance

• Maintain accountability for technology risk, operational risk, and cybersecurity controls.

• Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and timely remediation of control issues.

• Strengthen governance and security practices across all managed services.

• Partner with the AI group and AROW team for AI adoption

People Leadership

• Lead and develop managers, engineers, product owners, and platform teams in AI

• Be able to stand Infront of all layers of people and convey a strategy that can be understood

• Be a focal for technical presentations, demo’s, lunch and learns

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 20+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud, Platform Engineering, or Enterprise Technology.

• Proven leadership and experience of creating and managing an Agentic Infrastructure

• Strong experience driving agentic automation, modernization, and operational transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated success leading globally distributed teams in complex enterprise environments.

Risk & Resiliency

Excellent Communication, Leadership, Presentation, Influencing skills

Work Schedule

Officer Working (4 days at office)

Schedule – 2 pm to 11 pm IST

Location – Hyderabad only (Relocation benefits included if outstation candidate)
