Deputy Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive sales and provide technical expertise for our range of agricultural irrigation pumps and domestic water pumps . The ideal candidate will combine engineering knowledge with strong customer engagement skills to deliver solutions that meet the needs of farmers, households, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell agricultural and domestic pump solutions to farmers, households, and dealers.

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations .

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate pump models and configurations .

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while expanding the dealer network.

• Provide installation guidance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support .

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-users .

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events .
