Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a Murex MXML professional with 5+ years of experience to contribute to technology initiatives involving Murex MXML development, software delivery, and technology solutions. The role will support the translation of business requirements into effective technical solutions, contribute to cross-functional collaboration, and help ensure successful project delivery. Depending on the scope of responsibility, the position may also involve technology leadership, team guidance, roadmap development, vendor coordination, and process improvement. The role contributes to business objectives by improving delivery efficiency, supporting technology adoption, and aligning solutions with business and strategic requirements.

Software Requirements (Required and Preferred)

Required

• Murex MXML: 5+ years of hands-on experience in development, configuration, implementation, or support.

• In-depth understanding of relevant technologies and software systems.

• Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.

• Knowledge of database management systems and data structures.

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

• Familiarity with project management tools and delivery methodologies.

• Understanding of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.

• Ability to use technology tools and systems relevant to Murex MXML project delivery.

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to Murex MXML technology initiatives and ensure successful delivery of assigned projects.

• Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams, where applicable to the scope of the role.

• Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to team members.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and define appropriate technology solutions.

• Translate functional requirements into technical designs, development tasks, and measurable delivery outcomes.

• Apply software architecture principles and design patterns to create maintainable and scalable solutions.

• Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that increase efficiency, quality, and delivery predictability.

• Evaluate new technologies and provide evidence-based recommendations for adoption.

• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps and support alignment with overall business strategy.

• Manage technical dependencies, delivery risks, issues, and project priorities.

• Manage vendor relationships and support contract negotiations, where required.
