About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead (Sales) to lead our Sales Team. The candidate must have strong experience in B2B \& B2C Sales, especially in selling IT Services and Digital Marketing Services like Meta Ads \& Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Telesales / Field Sales Executives.

• Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and ensure team achieves them.

• Train new team members on sales pitches for Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Website \& IT Services.

• Handle both B2B \& B2C Sales and close high-value deals.

• Monitor team performance, prepare sales reports and report to management.

• Handle escalated client calls and ensure client satisfaction.

Must-Have Skills

• 1-5 Years Experience in Field Sales / Telesales + Team Handling

• Proven Experience in B2B \& B2C Sales

• Must have sold Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) \& Google Ads

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, SMM) \& IT Services

• Excellent Leadership, Team Management \& Motivational Skills

• Strong Communication, Convincing \& Negotiation Skills

• Target Oriented, CRM Knowledge \& Reporting Skills
