Telecaller Executive

Cosmetica India Academy is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to handle student enquiries, make outbound calls, generate interest in our professional courses, and schedule counselling sessions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to engage with potential students and generate quality admissions through effective calling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided leads database.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to student enquiries.
• Explain course details, fees, duration, eligibility, and admission procedures.
• Generate interest in courses related to Clinical Cosmetology, Aesthetic Medicine, and Cosmetology.
• Follow up with interested leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
• Identify potential students and schedule counselling appointments.
• Maintain daily calling records and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with interested and pending leads.
• Coordinate with the counselling and admission teams.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead conversion goals.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Educational Telecalling.
• Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
• Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and WhatsApp.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience in an educational institute or training academy will be preferred.
