A Telesales Representative is responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, explaining the company’s products or services, and generating sales leads. The role involves handling customer queries, following up with prospects, maintaining customer records, and achieving sales targets.

5 AM to 2 PM

Key Responsibilities

Telesales Representative (Australian Process)

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the services offered.
• Understand customer requirements and handle queries professionally.
• Promote services and generate sales opportunities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
• Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills
• Good spoken English
• Previous telesales experience required
• Ability to work according to business requirements
