Eligibility \& Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in the respective discipline from a recognized university.
• Valid professional registration with the concerned statutory council, wherever applicable.
• Relevant clinical experience in rehabilitation, therapy, and patient care will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong clinical knowledge and practical skills may also apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Provide appropriate therapeutic and rehabilitation interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain clinical records.
• Coordinate with clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, and other rehabilitation professionals.
• Ensure quality patient care and follow professional standards.

Flexible Engagement Options

Candidates may choose any of the following arrangements

• Full-Time: Regular engagement as per the Institute's working schedule.
• Part-Time: Engagement for mutually agreed days or fixed working hours.
• Sharing Basis: Shared use of clinical facilities, therapy rooms, and infrastructure on mutually agreed days or time slots, subject to availability and mutually agreed commercial terms.

The engagement terms, professional fees/remuneration, and facility-sharing arrangements will be mutually discussed and finalized.

Pay

₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
