Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Chat Process Executive to manage real-time customer interactions through live chat platforms. The ideal candidate will provide accurate, timely, and professional support while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through live chat platforms such as Zendesk Chat, Freshchat, and Intercom.

Provide clear, empathetic, and timely responses in accordance with company policies and approved scripts.

Troubleshoot basic product or service-related issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant team.

Maintain high response and resolution rates while meeting SLA and quality benchmarks.

Record customer interactions accurately in CRM and ticketing systems.

Achieve daily and hourly productivity, quality, and performance targets.

Participate actively in training sessions, quality reviews, and process-improvement initiatives.

Assist with basic order processing, refunds, and account updates as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in chat support, customer service, or a BPO chat process.

Excellent written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Strong typing speed and accuracy with the ability to multitask effectively.

Familiarity with chat tools, ticketing systems, and basic CRM workflows.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and web navigation.

Willingness to work in day or night shifts, as required.
