Store & Dispatch Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse, kitchen, store teams, and delivery partners.
• Verify order details, quantities, and packaging before dispatch.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch records, invoices, and delivery documentation.
• Track outgoing shipments and follow up on delivery status.
• Ensure proper handling and accurate dispatch of products.
• Maintain dispatch reports and update records in Excel or the company system.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate with the concerned departments.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Graduate preferred.
• Fresher or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food or QSR environment.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and punctual.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
