About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Packaging Machine Operator to join our tea bag manufacturing facility in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) packaging machines to ensure smooth production, consistent packaging quality, and minimal machine downtime.

Freshers with a relevant technical qualification are welcome to apply. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor FFS packaging machines during production.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers for different packaging requirements.
• Monitor packaging quality, sealing, filling, and machine performance.
• Identify basic machine issues and assist with troubleshooting.
• Maintain production records and report machine-related issues to the supervisor.
• Keep the machine and surrounding work area clean and follow safety procedures.
• Assist the maintenance team with routine cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: ITI in Fitter, Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant technical trade.
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field will be an added advantage.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience operating packaging machinery will be preferred.
• Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn machine operations.
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain discipline, and work as part of a production team.

Salary \& Benefits

• Salary range: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month.
• Salary will be determined based on educational qualifications, relevant experience, and technical skills.
• Suitable freshers will be considered within the stated salary range.
