About the Company

Sunstar Graphics Pvt. Ltd. works in the screen-printing machinery industry and is looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Service Engineer to join our technical team.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer with hands-on knowledge of screen-printing machinery installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and ensuring the smooth functioning of machines at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain screen-printing machinery at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and operational machine faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown servicing.
• Troubleshoot motors, sensors, electrical panels, drives and PLC-controlled systems, where applicable.
• Provide technical support and machine-operation training to customers.
• Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within agreed timelines.
• Prepare service reports and maintain records of machine repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the spare-parts and technical teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
• Travel to customer locations across India as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Printing Technology.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in industrial machinery servicing or maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with screen-printing machinery is preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, motors and drives is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve technical problems.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and service assignments.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in ATMA or similar screen-printing machines, flatbed printing machinery, automatic printing systems or related industrial equipment will be preferred.
