Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees.
• Process Full \& Final Settlements, incentives and off-roll payroll.
• Prepare CTC structures as per applicable minimum wage regulations.
• Handle invoice processing and payroll-related documentation.
• Ensure statutory compliance for PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and Income Tax.
• Handle employee income tax calculations and investment proof verification.
• Ensure compliance with state-wise labour laws and applicable labour codes.

Required Skills \& Expertise

• 3 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Experience handling end-to-end payroll for at least 500 employees.
• Proficiency in PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax and Gratuity.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Data Validation.
• Hands-on experience with payroll software such as Darwinbox, Spine or HR-One.

Pay

₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
