TaskUs is hiring Customer Service Executives for its US/Canada blended process. Candidates will handle customer queries through both voice calls and chat support, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound voice calls and chat support.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: HSC / Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/customer service.
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable handling both voice and chat processes.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary \& Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 per month.
• Working Days: 5 days a week.
• Week Offs: 2 rotational offs.
