Job Summary

We are looking for a detailed and organized Store Keeper with at least 2 years of experience in real estate/construction site inventory management. The candidate will be responsible for managing material incoming/outgoing registers, stock maintenance, and daily store operations in Panvel, Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory \& Material Management: Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming construction materials (cement, steel, finishing goods, hardware, tools, etc.) against purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Store Operations \& Stock Keeping: Maintain clear site store stock, ensure proper storage/stacking of materials, and maintain safe storage conditions to prevent damage or theft.
• Material Issue \& Tracking: Issue materials to site labor and sub-contractors based on authorized requisitions and track daily stock movement.
• Documentation \& Computer Entry: Maintain accurate daily store registers (GRN, Issue Register, Stock Ledger) and perform regular computer data entry using MS Excel / ERP software.
• Stock Audits \& Reporting: Conduct regular physical stock audits and submit weekly/monthly inventory summary reports to site managers.

Key Requirements

• Education: Graduate / HSC Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on store keeping experience in construction/real estate projects.
• Computer Knowledge: Good working knowledge of computers (MS Office / Excel / Basic Store Software).
• Location: Must be residing in Navi Mumbai (or near Panvel).
