Sr. ICU Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the ICU, ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Continuously assess and monitor patients' vital signs, clinical status, and overall health.
• Administer prescribed medications, IV therapies, and other necessary treatments.
• Support physicians during clinical procedures, medical emergencies, and resuscitation.
• Handle and monitor critical care equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
• Maintain accurate patient charts, nursing reports, and clinical documentation.
• Adhere to infection prevention, medication administration, and patient safety guidelines.
• Ensure effective shift handovers and seamless coordination with doctors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide guidance and support to junior nursing staff in daily ICU operations.
• Ensure ICU readiness, hygiene, and adequate availability of medical supplies and equipment.
• Comply with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and NABH quality standards.

Experience Required

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ICU nursing.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
