Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – BMW Dealership Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Experience: 5+ Years (Must be from an Authorized Automobile Dealership with proven stability) Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Performance Incentives Key Responsibilities: Deliver luxury customer service and manage client inquiries. Conduct post-sales/service follow-up calls to ensure high CSAT scores. Efficiently resolve customer grievances and feedback. Maintain CRM databases and support dealership events. Requirements: Degree in Any Discipline / Hotel Management / Business Admin. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and impeccable professional grooming
