Head of Food and Beverage Cost Controller

Yellow Banana Food Company Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Head of F\&B Controller to oversee F\&B control functions, manage legal and regulatory coordination, lead teams, and introduce innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency across our restaurant business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee F\&B control operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Handle legal and statutory compliance matters relevant to restaurant operations.

• Lead, guide, and manage the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency.

• Develop and implement innovative ideas and strategies to enhance business performance.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve operational and compliance-related issues.

• Ensure proper documentation, timely renewals, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Skills \& Competencies

• Strong knowledge of legal and statutory compliance related to the restaurant or hospitality industry.

• Experience in BMC coordination and liaisoning with government authorities.

• Excellent team leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to develop innovative solutions and implement new ideas.

• Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities.

• Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

• Candidates based in Mumbai and Mumbai Suburban will be preferred.

Pay

₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
