Key Requirements

• Prior experience in Pan-Asian, Japanese or sushi kitchens preferred.
• Good understanding of relevant ingredients, cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Ability to maintain kitchen hygiene, consistency and quality standards.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced fine-dining environment.
