Senior Plant Electrician

Need electrician for factory / senior and junior both - having knowledge of Panel wiring, instrumentation, motors, VFDs, field wiring, etc.

ITI (Electrical)

Experienced in manufacturing plant

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting \& Repair

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems, identifying and repairing faults to ensure minimal downtime. Preparing root cause analysis for the same \& plan actions to avoid recurrence. This includes plant machinery, control panels \& instrumentation across the plant.

• Safety \& Compliance

Ensure all electrical work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC), state, and local building regulations. Also to ensure Plant safety, people \& process safety with focus on electrical safety.

• Project Management

Coordinate with project managers and project leads to plan and execute electrical upgrades and improvements. Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, machinery, and equipment.

• Documentation \& Reporting

Maintain accurate records of all electrical work performed including - breakdowns, improvements, inspections and equipment maintenance. Also actively making shutdown plans, ensuring availability of spares \& resources.

• Preventive Maintenance

Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to enhance plant \& utilities equipment reliability.

• Emergency Response

Respond to emergencies such as power outages, changeover to DG, to minimize damage and ensure safety.
