Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Tandoor Chef to join our restaurant in Fort, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing authentic tandoori dishes, maintaining food quality, and ensuring hygiene and consistency in kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic tandoori dishes, including Tandoori Roti, Naan, Kulcha, Tandoori Chicken, Kebabs, and other tandoor specialties.
• Operate and maintain the tandoor efficiently and safely.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Prepare marinades, sauces, and ingredients required for tandoor dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Follow food safety standards and kitchen procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Tandoor Chef in a restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of tandoori cooking techniques and recipes.
• Ability to handle kitchen operations during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain discipline.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
