Job Description

We have an urgent opening for the position of Export Sales Executive / Manager at our Mumbai location. We are looking for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of international sales, business development and export marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or laboratory equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand export sales business in international markets.
• Identify and develop new overseas customers, distributors and business partners.
• Generate business inquiries and convert them into confirmed sales orders.
• Manage existing international customers and strengthen long-term business relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential export markets.
• Coordinate with international clients for product inquiries, quotations, negotiations and order finalization.
• Handle export documentation and coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely shipments.
• Participate in international exhibitions, trade shows and business meetings to promote company products.
• Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, payments and outstanding orders.
• Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.
