- Prepare and manage dosa batter, idli batter, chutneys, sambar, and other basic ingredients.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and food presentation.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including dosa tawas, grinders, and cooking appliances.
- Ensure proper food storage, ingredient handling, and stock rotation.
