Company Profile: We are a leading consultancy specializing in Labour Law Compliance, offering end-to-end solutions to businesses across India. Our services include Labour Law Compliances, POSH compliance, payroll management, NAPS and NATS, recruitment, staffing, statutory audits, and more. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help expand our client base.

Key Requirements

Client Acquisition

• Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.

• Schedule meetings with HR managers, compliance officers, and decision-makers.

Sales Execution

• Present and promote our labour law consultancy services to prospective clients.

• Prepare proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.

Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.

Market Research

• Stay updated on labour law trends and competitors' offerings.

• Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance services.

Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Reporting Manager.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Have knowledge and ability explain labour law consultancy services effectively.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Experience – 1 to 2 years in sales

CTC - 4 LPA
