Executive – Warehouse (On contract)

Job Description

• Maintain Inward \& Outward Documents/Records/Materials

• Ensure Stack Plan and Cleanliness at WH

• Check and Report the Shortages \& CHR Report

• Physical Quality Checking during Inward and Outward

• ERP (Vendor creation, GRN, Export Doc., Transfer order, Bill booking etc.)

• Identify the vendors for liquidation of Any Commodity from Warehouse

• Samples collection from Various Location for Sampling Purpose

• UP date on Mandi Rules and Regulations

• For Smoothly Operation work at Warehouse Level Coordination with Labour Contractor

• Inventory Control of other Goods Like PP Bags/Printing PP Bags

• Monitoring WH and material safety equipment by self and third-party WMS

• Periodic MIS (Stock Report)

• Support the WH Audit
