Job Purpose

To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction by ensuring guest rooms and assigned areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented according to hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas as per hotel SOPs.
• Make beds, change bed linen, and replace towels and guest amenities.
• Replenish toiletries, stationery, minibar items, and other room supplies as required.
• Ensure proper cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitisation of rooms.
• Check room facilities, furniture, fixtures, and equipment for any defects or maintenance issues.
• Immediately report maintenance complaints, damages, and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
• Follow the room cleaning checklist and maintain daily room status updates.
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment.
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
• Maintain guest privacy and ensure the security of guest belongings.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments regarding room status and guest requirements.
• Ensure efficient use of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning materials.
• Perform deep cleaning and special cleaning assignments as instructed by the supervisor.

Educational Qualification \& Experience

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass preferred / DHM /BHM
• Freshers can apply.
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping will be an added advantage.

₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
