Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer-related issues.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their queries have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Provide accurate information about company services, processes, and policies.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain good customer relationships.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or management whenever required.

Females are preferred for the above role.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
