Job Profile : Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager at TradeCred, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong connections with our valued clients and contributing to the growth of trade finance in India.

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs, financial objectives, and challenges.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients and facilitate the transaction process.

• Present and explain TradeCred's range of structured debt solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages.

• Be up to date with market trends, economic developments, and industry news to offer strategic insights to clients and enhance their trade finance strategies.

• Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to TradeCred, ensuring clients' adherence to necessary guidelines.

• Achieving revenue as well as AUM targets.

Requirements

• UG: UG / PG from any field.
• In-depth understanding of trade credit, invoice discounting, settlement financing, leasing and related financial products.

• Problem solving mindset and ability to offer tailored solutions to address client needs

• Comfortable with Bring Your Own Device Policy.

• Can join on short notice
