Manager – HoReCa Sales & Marketing For Delhi Mumbai and Bengaluru

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – HoReCa Sales \& Marketing to lead business development and sales activities in the HoReCa segment. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, leading the sales team and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the HoReCa segment.
• Identify new business opportunities across hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers and institutional clients.
• Lead, guide and monitor the HoReCa sales team to achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and major accounts.
• Drive sales of dairy products, cheese, frozen food and other food-service products.
• Handle key account management, commercial negotiations and business closures.
• Develop territory-wise sales plans and expand the company's market presence.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order fulfilment, pricing, stock availability and customer service.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, business forecasts and performance reviews for management.
• Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability and customer acquisition targets.
• Explore new product opportunities and develop business partnerships within the HoReCa industry.

Qualification \& Skills

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in Sales \& Marketing, preferably in HoReCa or FMCG.
• Strong experience in handling institutional sales and key accounts.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team.
• Good knowledge of the hotel, restaurant and catering industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Strong business development and market expansion capabilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
