About this job
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills and transport records.
- Arrange transportation and coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle availability.
- Track shipments and monitor delivery status.
- Ensure proper packing, labelling and documentation of materials before dispatch.
- Maintain stock records and verify dispatched materials against orders.
- Handle customer complaints related to delivery and transportation.
- Monitor transportation costs and ensure efficient vehicle utilization.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed during loading and unloading.
- Prepare daily dispatch reports and update management.
- Pay
- ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
