• Job Description – Company Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles for official duties and assignments.
• Pick up and drop off employees, guests, and materials as assigned.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, engine oil, brakes, tyres, and other essential components.
• Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance of the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records of daily travel, fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle servicing.
• Follow all traffic regulations, road safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials whenever required.
• Immediately report vehicle breakdowns, defects, accidents, or other issues to the concerned authority.
• Ensure the vehicle is always in good working condition and ready for official use.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, confidentiality, and professional behaviour while on duty.
