Influencer Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and energetic Growth \& Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage performance campaigns while coordinating creative execution and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
• Drive customer acquisition, improve ROAS, and optimize CAC.
• Create campaign roadmaps and creative briefs, and coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers.
• Track campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and prepare actionable reports.
• Work on landing page improvements, user journeys, and CRO initiatives.
• Manage campaign timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

Requirements

• Fresher to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical ability and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and ability to work under deadlines.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Excel-based project tracking is preferred.

₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
