In addition to messaging, Skycore also powers WalletThat (), a robust digital wallet platform that enables businesses to create, manage, and distribute mobile passes for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Our WalletThat team focuses on delivering seamless pass issuance solutions, helping brands engage customers through tickets, loyalty cards, coupons, and more.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated PHP Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing scalable web applications, excellent communication and writing skills, and a solid understanding of client-server architecture. In this role, your key responsibilities are

• Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using PHP.
• Design and implement server-side logic, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Manage and maintain databases, including data modeling, optimization, and security.
• Integrate front-end components developed by other team members into the application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure code quality, organization, and adherence to best practices.
• Supporting ongoing improvements to our mobile messaging platform ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability of systems/services.
• Contribute to the documentation and continuous improvement of process flows and operational procedures.
• Strong proficiency in PHP development.
• Solid understanding of client-server architecture.
• Experience working with Linux-based environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Good to have knowledge of application security principles and OWASP Top 10
• Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with modern PHP frameworks.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
