Accountant (Work From Home)

Snap Solutions is hiring an experienced Accountant to work from home. Candidates from Malad or nearby areas (Goregaon, Kandivali, Borivali) are preferred.

Up to Rs. 1,80,000 per annum (up to Rs. 15,000 per month), based on experience

What you'll do

• Create and send GST-compliant invoices to clients
• Maintain day-to-day books: sales, purchases and expenses
• Track payments received and pending, and follow up on dues
• Reconcile bank statements
• Help with GST returns and keep records for audit
• Prepare monthly reports in Excel

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of Tally
• Advanced Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, reports)
• Understanding of GST, TDS and invoicing
• Knowledge of AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) is a big plus
• B.Com / M.Com preferred
• Own laptop and a reliable internet connection
• Accurate, organised and able to work on your own
