About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team. This opportunity is open to freshers, full-time candidates, part-time creators, and freelancers who have a strong interest in social media and digital content creation.
Candidates who actively create content and have a strong Instagram page, personal content portfolio, or social media presence are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Create Reels, short-form videos, social media posts, stories, and commercial content.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and captions.
- Research current social media trends, sounds, formats, and content ideas.
- Create content aligned with brand requirements and target audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and other creative teams.
- Assist with content planning and maintaining a social media content calendar.
- Monitor content performance and suggest new creative ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and content formats.
Required Skills
- Strong interest and understanding of social media and content creation.
- Good knowledge of Instagram and Reels.
- Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to understand trends and create engaging content around them.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently conceptualize and create content.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in creating commercial videos, promotional videos, brand content, or social media campaigns will be a strong advantage.
- Prior experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, Video Creator, or Freelancer is a plus.
- Candidates with a strong Instagram page or successful personal content portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
