Graphic Designer Medical (Fresher)

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer (Fresher) based in Mumbai who has a passion for formal presentation design, visual communication, and corporate branding. The candidate will support the creation of professional PowerPoint presentations, emailers, digital assets, business communication and the ability to translate complex medical concepts into clear, engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design impactful medical and pharmaceutical professional PowerPoint presentations with strong storytelling and visual clarity.
• Conceptualize and create unique, visually compelling designs that strengthen brand presence and simplify complex information.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual language across all communication touchpoints.
• Create reusable design templates, icons, and infographics to improve efficiency and maintain brand consistency.
• Develop modern illustrations, visual elements, and layouts that align with brand tone and enhance user engagement.
• Leverage AI-driven design tools and automation to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and deliver innovative visual solutions.
• Lead design projects and campaigns from concept to completion, maintaining high standards of creativity, accuracy, and timeliness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/project experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, emailers, digital creatives, academic projects.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation design and visual storytelling capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Understanding of email marketing design best practices.
• Experience working on college projects, internships, or freelance assignments.

₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
