Job Responsibilities

Bar Back

• Assist bartenders with daily bar operations and service preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of the bar counter and back-bar areas.
• Ensure timely replenishment of ice, glassware, garnishes, mixers and other bar essentials.
• Assist with receiving, storing and organising bar inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar equipment, tools and glassware.
• Support bartenders during peak service hours.
• Follow established SOPs, safety and hygiene standards.

Trainee Bartender

• Assist in preparing cocktails, mocktails and other beverages under supervision.
• Learn classic cocktails, beverage recipes, measurements and presentation techniques.
• Develop knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers and mixers.
• Understand bar setup, mise-en-place and closing procedures.
• Maintain consistency, speed and quality in beverage preparation.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the bar team.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers and candidates with relevant hospitality experience may apply.
• Hospitality or hotel management background will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Passion for beverages, bartending and hospitality.
• Well-groomed, punctual, disciplined and team-oriented.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Candidates with a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in bar operations are encouraged to apply.

Mumbai-based local candidates are preferred.

Candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements in Mumbai. No accommodation will be provided by the company.
