About the Role

As a Global Business Development Associate, you will play an important role in expanding our international business by identifying potential buyers, connecting with overseas clients, exploring new markets, and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential international buyers, importers, and distributors.
• Generate B2B leads through online research, LinkedIn, emails, and business platforms.
• Communicate with overseas clients and understand their business requirements.
• Present company products and share quotations, catalogues, and proposals.
• Build client relationships and conduct regular business follow-ups.
• Explore new international markets and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, orders, and client requirements.
• Maintain lead databases, client information, and sales reports.

What We Are Looking For

• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Advanced English communication and email-writing skills are mandatory.
• Confidence in handling professional conversations with international clients.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in international business, B2B sales, and global markets.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday: 9 hours daily

• 5 hours – Office (Day Shift).
• 4 hours – Work from Residence (Night Shift).

Saturday

4.5 hours – Office (Half Day).

Sunday

Fixed Weekly Off.

Work Mode

Hybrid (Office + Work from Residence).
