Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC machines used in furniture and retail interior component manufacturing. The candidate should have practical machine-handling experience and knowledge of production drawings, machine settings, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines for cutting and processing furniture and interior components.
• Read and understand technical drawings and cutting plans.
• Set machine parameters, tools, and programs as per production requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of finished components.
• Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance.
• Identify machine faults and report technical issues.
• Coordinate with the production and design teams to meet daily targets.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness.

Requirements

• ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience operating CNC machines, preferably in furniture manufacturing.
• Knowledge of machine settings, tools, and technical drawings.
• Ability to maintain quality standards and achieve production targets.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
