Plastic Injection Moulding Production Supervisor

Candidate with 5 years experience In Plastic Injection moulding Production

Key Responsibilities

• Set up injection moulding machines, moulds, tools, and auxiliary equipment as per production requirements.
• Mould loading , unloading and Maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve moulding issues such as flash, short shots, burn marks, warpage, and dimensional defects.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance of machines, moulds, and tools.
• Monitor product quality using visual inspection and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges,Polariscope ).
• Coordinate with maintenance team for major repairs or breakdowns.
• Document process parameters and maintain accurate production logs.
• Optimize cycle times and reduce material wastage.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and minimize downtime.
• Follow plant safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and machine safety procedures.
• Ensure moulds and equipment are handled safely using cranes or hoists.
• Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, cycle time) to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform start-up, shut-down, and change-over procedures safely and efficiently
