Position: Data Entry Operator – MS Excel \& CorelDRAW

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CorelDRAW.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
• Create and manage Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Design and edit documents using CorelDRAW.
• Prepare layouts, forms, and printable documents.
• Organize digital files and maintain data accuracy.

Required Skills

• Microsoft Excel: Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data formatting, sorting and filtering.
• CorelDRAW: Graphic editing, page layout, text formatting and print-ready designs.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Word and basic computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Any degree or diploma.
• Freshers with strong technical skills may apply.
• Previous experience in data entry or graphic design is an advantage.
