Nursing Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the nursing staff in all departments.
• Ensure quality patient care and patient safety.
• Prepare duty rosters and allocate nursing staff.
• Monitor nurses' performance and provide guidance.
• Ensure proper maintenance of patient records and documentation.
• Check the availability of medicines, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain discipline and professional standards among nursing staff.
• Conduct regular rounds and monitor nursing activities.
• Handle patient complaints and resolve staff-related issues.
• Conduct training programs and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
