Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Lab Technician to perform routine laboratory tests, sample collection, processing, and maintain accurate patient records while following quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and process blood and other patient samples.

• Perform routine laboratory investigations as per protocols.

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of samples.

• Maintain accurate test reports and laboratory records.

• Follow infection-control, safety, and quality procedures.

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the laboratory.

Qualification

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology / B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology

• Valid registration/certification where applicable.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in a hospital/diagnostic laboratory.

• Freshers with relevant qualification may also be considered.

Skills

• Good knowledge of laboratory procedures.

• Sample collection and handling.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good communication and teamwork.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
