Lift Technician

Job Title: Lift Installation Technician / Engineer

Job Summary: Work Location , UAE, Bahrain \& Other More Location

Responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of elevators, escalators, and moving walks in accordance with company standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Install elevator/lift equipment as per approved drawings and manufacturer specifications.
• Assemble and install guide rails, machines, doors, cabins, controllers, and electrical wiring.
• Conduct alignment, adjustment, and commissioning of lift systems.
• Perform quality inspections during and after installation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and rectify defects.
• Maintain installation records and submit progress reports.
• Support testing, certification, and client handover activities.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of installation tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (preferred).
• Experience in elevator/lift installation (0–5+ years, depending on role).
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and elevator components.
• Ability to read technical drawings and installation manuals.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and working at heights.

Preferred Experience

Working Conditions

• Work at construction sites and customer locations.
• Frequent travel to project sites.
• Work at heights and in confined spaces while following safety protocols.
• May require overtime to meet project deadlines.
